Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the transmitter and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the components remain protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to SeaLink
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
